We're not fans of loud promises
We'd rather let our projects speak for us.
ILINIT.COM was founded in 2007. Since then, almost everything has changed — technologies once considered cutting-edge have disappeared, while new programming languages, mobile apps, cloud services, and artificial intelligence have emerged.
Only one thing hasn't changed — our attitude toward work. Over the years we've shaped a few simple principles for ourselves. These are the principles we work by every day.
We don't sell websites
We solve business problems. Sometimes that really does call for a website. Sometimes — an online store. Sometimes — automation. Sometimes — a Telegram bot. And sometimes the best advice we can give a client is:
“You don't need to do anything just yet.”
We believe a good contractor should help clients make the right decisions, not sell them everything under the sun.
We talk to people, not to specifications
There's a person behind every project. They have ideas. They have doubts. They have deadlines. They're accountable to their own company.
So we try to understand the person first — and only then start talking about technology.
We don't speak in developer jargon
We could talk for hours about frameworks, CMS platforms, APIs, and databases. But that rarely helps a business owner make a decision. We try to explain complex things in plain language.
Because our job isn't to show off our expertise. Our job is to make sure the client understands what they're paying for and what value they'll get.
We love projects we can be proud of later
The best part of our work is opening a website five or ten years later and seeing it's still evolving. That the company has grown. That new directions have emerged. That the business has become stronger.
Projects like these remind us why we do this work in the first place.
For many, launching a website is the finish line. For us, it's the start of a new story.
Because a good project keeps evolving. New ideas emerge. Goals change. The company grows. And digital tools need to grow along with it.
We value trust more than deals
You can win a single project with a slick presentation. But you can't run on referrals for almost twenty years if people aren't willing to recommend you to their friends.
That's why we try to build relationships so that, once a project wraps up, the client can say:
“These guys are worth recommending.”
For us, that's the highest praise our work can get.
We never stop learning
The world of technology changes too fast for anyone to ever say “now we know it all.” We keep exploring new tools, experimenting, building our own services, and looking for solutions that help our clients work more efficiently.
Curiosity is one of our team's core habits.
We love honest answers
Sometimes the best answer sounds like this:
“This can be done more simply.”
“You don't need this feature.”
“This isn't worth spending money on.”
We don't believe a client should buy as many services as possible. We believe they should get as much value as possible.
We believe in long-term relationships
The most valuable projects are rarely the fastest ones. They grow over years. That's why many of our clients come back again — with a new website, a new service, a new idea.
And for us, that's always the best compliment there is.
You can measure the number of websites, lines of code, and projects
But there are things that can't be measured in numbers:
We believe it's things like these that make a company worth working with.
When you have people nearby who know how to explain complex things in simple terms.
When technology works for the business, not the other way around. When every project is backed by responsibility, experience, and the drive to do good work.
This is exactly the kind of company we want ILINIT.COM to be.
